For those of you who faithfully read my blog...come on I know you are out there..I just wanted to drop a quick note saying we are alive and well! We have some computer problems on our main computer and have not been able to update our blog! I have tons of pictures from our Christmas Vacation in Colorado. The kids had a great time!
Ethan & Eliana are doing well. Ethan turns 3 next month (on the 15th)...yes you heard me right 3!!!! I can hardly believe it! He still LOVES CARS and wants a "CARS Pancake" for his birthday. I am not sure if he means CARS Cake or pancake. If any of you have seen him eat pancakes, you know he loves pancakes so he might indeed mean pancake! We are trying to get Ethan to talk in sentences more, instead of baby talk and he is getting better, but he is still our quiet boy. He is a sweetie and is content with playing by himself. He'll play with trains or cars all day if we (or Eliana ;-)!) would let him!
Our little whirlwind, AKA Eliana, is now 17 months old and is the exact opposite of Ethan. She is busy, verbal, and our little social butterfly. She goes down the aisles in the grocery store saying Hi to all that pass. She does not sit still for long and jumps from toy to toy! She seems much older than her 17 months. She does whatever most 2 year olds can do and she says just as much! She got interested in the "potty" in Colorado and will sometimes tell us when she needs to potty.
I'm staying busy with my two kiddos and would not trade it for anything. There are days when I wonder if it would be easier just to go to work, and yes it probably would but it would not be as rewarding! I adore my kids and even when they drive me crazy there is no other place I want to be!

Thanks for the update! You should have a breakfast party for Ethan - then you could have pancakes!
